Collections Manager

Azura Credit Union is looking for a strong leader for its Collections Department.  We are looking for a Manager who not only has a strong collections background but who would enjoy developing, coaching and mentoring employees to form a highly collaborative successful team.  The Manager is responsible for directing all activities of the department ensuring smooth work flow and that the team has the knowledge, skill and tools they need to achieve organizational objectives.  

Our ideal candidate would see collection efforts as a way of offering professional assistance to members to help improve their financial situation and help them to preserve their relationship with the CU.  Must have 5+ years of Collections experience with 2 years of direct supervisory experience, preferably overseeing a collections staff.  The position requires a college degree or equivalent and thorough knowledge of all aspects of collections work. Must be a strong communicator both written and verbal, have the ability to influence and persuade others and share our commitment to providing a high level of service to our members.  At Azura, we pride ourselves on going above and beyond…come be a part of this growing, enthusiastic, hard-working team!

Member Associate

As a Member Associate the role is similar to a teller role and the work is transactional (cash handling, cashing checks posting payments, answering calls and general office assistance for the daily needs of the branch). The scheduled weekly hours may include Saturday morning hours 2-3 times a month. Applicants must also have experience working with the public and have a customer satisfaction mindset.  At Azura Credit Union we strive to go above and beyond and that starts with providing the very best financial service for our Member/owners.

Contact Center Associate

Azura Credit Union is currently seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team. The primary job duties include fielding questions and requests from members and prospective members, while keeping careful records of interactions and providing a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.The Contact Center Associate will be expected to gain sufficient knowledge of Azura's products, services and operations to aid in answering questions and make helpful suggestions that benefit Azura members. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills both verbal and written, have good listening skills, have professional telephone etiquette, have a high level of attention to detail and have a customer satisfaction mind-set.
