On May 1st, 2016, Quest Credit Union and Educational Credit Union merged to form Azura Credit Union.

Will my Quest or Educational Credit Union debit and credit card still work? 

Your current debit and credit cards will still work. New debit and credit cards will be issued, as needed. 

Has anything happened to my Direct Deposit or Automatic Withdrawals? 

We do not expect any interruption to your electronic services or accounts due to the merger. 

Will my Bill Pay information stay the same? 

Yes, your Bill Pay information will remain the same. 

Has the routing number changed? 

The Azura CU routing number was adopted from Quest Credit Union and is 301179737. However, your Educational Credit Union routing number will continue to work correctly. 

Will I need to order new checks? 

In most cases, current check stock can be used until depleted. When personal checks are reordered, you will receive checks with the new Azura CU information. If you have purchased checks from another source (other than the credit union), you are encouraged to order your new checks through Azura.

Will my CD or IRA change? 

All CD and IRA rates and terms will be honored. 

Will there be any impact to my loans?

We will honor your current loan terms and conditions. You will continue to make your payments as you do today. 

Have any branches moved or closed?

All Quest and Educational Credit Union branches are now Azura Credit Union branches. Please note that the 610 10th Avenue location is now our Corporate Headquarters and is a non-cash, non-banking location. We have many other full service and extended hour branches!
