When will the merger take place?

P&G officially became a part of the Azura family on June 1, 2019.

Is there anything I should do now to prepare for the merger?

If you haven’t yet, stop by the P&G office to update your signature card and receive a welcome gift!

What are the benefits to being an Azuran?

  • Members will enjoy a wider variety of deposit and loan accounts, including Money Market, Health Savings, Credit Cards and Home Loans.
  • Expanded electronic services will be available, including mobile banking, remote deposit, personal financial management tools and wealth management services.
  • Video Banking technology is available at all Azura branches, including the Lenexa branch. Video Banking allows the right person to be available at the right time for the member, no matter which Azura branch the member chooses to visit. 
  • Access to over 20,000 surcharge free ATMs! Find your nearest ATM here.

Will the routing number change?

Yes. Effective June 1, your credit union routing number is 301179737. Please use this new routing number with your new account number.

Will my membership and account numbers change? 
Yes, all P&G Membership and account numbers have changed to the following format:

  • The first number in your account number is a 3
  • All membership numbers will need to be 8 digits
  • The last digits is your P&G Employees Credit Union membership number
  • Your checking account and share savings accounts should look like this:
    • New Membership Number plus a two digit suffix number
      • Share Accounts ends with 01
      • Checking Accounts ends with 07

Example:
Current Membership Number             XXXX
New Membership Number          3000XXXX
New Share Account Number      3000XXXX01
New Checking Account Number 3000XXXX07

What account types will I have with Azura?

Please find a quick reference below of what will change and stay the same with Azura:

  • Your MemberChoice Checking is now Azura’s CareFree Checking – learn more.
  • Your Share Savings account remains a Share Savings account – learn more
  • Your Christmas Club account is now a secondary Azura Share Savings Account, named Christmas Club – learn more
  • All loans will continue to be honored with the same terms as your current loan
  • All certificate accounts will continue to be honored with the same terms as your current certificate

Will I need a new debit card?

Yes. All debit cards have been mailed. You may activate your card now and begin using it immediately.

If you have not received your card yet, please contact (913)573-0306 to confirm your information.

Will I need to change my direct deposit?

Direct deposits will continue as normal. Azura will make updates and rerouting as needed for currently setup payroll or monthly direct deposits.

Will I need a new online banking login?

Yes. You can enroll in online banking by clicking here. Please note: You will need to know your new Azura account number and be able to verify personal information belonging to the primary account holder.

You may also download and access Azura’s mobile app once you have successfully set up your Online Banking – learn more about Azura’s mobile app.

How will I receive my monthly banking statements?

All accounts are enrolled in paper statements. To easily switch to our convenient eStatements, you will need to do the following now:

  • Log in to Online Banking
  • Select “eStatements” in the left hand menu bar
  • Follow the prompts to enroll in eStatements

Will I need to get new checks?

Yes, a new box of complimentary checks will be ordered after you update your signature card at the P&G office beginning June 4th.

Will there be any impact to my loans?

We will honor your current loan terms and conditions. You will continue to make your payments as you do today.

When will dividends be paid?

Dividends will be paid monthly.

Where is Azura Credit Union located?

Azura offers seven full service branches and two extended hour drive-thru locations in Northeast Kansas. The closest branch to our Kansas City members is located at 8550 Quivira Rd in Lenexa, Ks.
