When will the merger take place?

P&G will officially be a part of the Azura family beginning on June 1, 2019.

Is there anything I should do now to prepare for the merger?

Yes, please check and update your personal information (home address, personal email and personal phone number) with Necia or Chuck.. You can stop by or give them a call at 913-573-0306. Information you should ensure is correct includes: home address, personal email and phone number.

Can you tell me about Azura Credit Union?

Azura Credit Union is a Kansas based Credit Union with over 60 years of history in the community.  Azura Credit Union is dedicated to delivering innovative financial service, education and value through personal and community engagement. Azura has seven Topeka locations, one Lenexa and a location in Fort Riley to serve our 50,000 members in Northeast Kansas.

Where is Azura Credit Union located?

Azura offers seven full service branches and two extended hour drive-thru locations in Northeast Kansas. The closest branch to our Kansas City members is located at 8550 Quivira Rd in Lenexa, Ks. You may start using Azura branches, including the Lenexa branch on June 1st. To view a full list of our locations, click here.

What are the benefits to being an Azuran?

  • Members will enjoy a wider variety of deposit and loan accounts, including Money Market, Health Savings, Credit Cards and Home Loans.
  • Expanded electronic services will be available, including mobile banking, remote deposit, personal financial management tools and wealth management services.
  • Members will have access to nationwide surcharge-free ATMs through the Co-Op network.
  • Video Banking technology is available at all Azura branches, including the Lenexa branch. Video Banking allows the right person to be available at the right time for the member, no matter which Azura branch the member chooses to visit. 

Will the routing number change?

Yes. Effective June 1, your credit union routing number will be 301179737. Please use this new routing number with your new account number, beginning June 1.

Will my membership and account numbers change? 
Yes, all P&G Membership and account numbers will be change to the following format:

  • The first number in your account number will be a 3
  • All membership numbers will need to be 8 digits
  • The last digits will be your current P&G Employees Credit Union membership number
  • Your checking account and share savings accounts will look like this:
    • New Membership Number plus a two digit suffix number
      • Share Accounts will end with 01
      • Checking Accounts will end with 07

Will I need a new debit card?

Yes, new debit cards will be mailed in May. Please ensure your address is correct with Necia or Chuck by the first week of May. You may start using your new Azura debit card on June 1st.

Will I need to change my direct deposit?

Direct deposits will continue as normal. Azura will make updates and rerouting as needed currently setup payroll or monthly direct deposits.

Will I need a new online banking login?

Yes. More information will be provided in late May. 

Will I need to get new checks?

Yes, a new box of complimentary checks will be ordered for you. Stay tuned for details

Will there be any impact to my loans?

We will honor your current loan terms and conditions. You will continue to make your payments as you do today.

When will dividends be paid?

Dividends will be paid monthly.
