Work involves performing a broad variety of financial services:
- Combines product knowledge and member information to recommend appropriate products or services that help members manage their financial lives.
- Assists members with opening and servicing all consumer and business deposit products and services.
- Responsible for obtaining and reviewing applications for all types of consumer loans which will include home equity loans.
- Explains Credit Union policies and procedures, obtains additional information/documentation if needed and prepares them for review by an underwriter.
One month to twelve months of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions
Two-year college degree or equivalent knowledge attained through related on the job experience
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detal
Good mathematical ability
