Facility Maintenance Associate

Azura is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Associate!  This position is responsible for providing a variety of upkeep and preventative maintenance services in support of the Facilities Department and the Credit Union as a whole. Maintains records, work status reports and any other required documentation.  Maintains professional relations with vendors, suppliers, and outside contractors.  Entrusted with keys and codes for building access, helps maintain buildings and building related systems and completes miscellaneous projects as assigned.  Will travel between branches.

Duties:

• Establishes and maintains effective coordination and working relations with Credit Union employees.
• Resolves requests, questions and problems timely.
• Performs filing and related recordkeeping duties.
• Works closely and communicates regularly with Facilities Manager.
• Develops and maintains professional business relations with vendors, contractors, trade professionals and co-workers.
• Completes special projects as assigned and willingly performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:           

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• High School, equivalent or completion of specialist course of study.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong follow-through skills.
• Well organized and ability to prioritize workload.
