Chargeback Specialist

The Chargeback Specialist will be responsible for helping members by processing disputes and fraudulent charges on debit and credit card accounts.

Duties:

  1. Work directly with the cardholder to determine how to proceed with unauthorized charges on their debit or credit card.
  2. Complete and process required paperwork with through appropriate channels. and process
  3. Promptly rectify member accounts and work through more complex account matters in a timely manner.
  4. Work in coordination with Azura’s Loss Prevention team when needed.
  5. Keep current and follow through on assigned accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Twelve months of similar or related experience.
  • Two-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Good follow through skill.
  • Discretion and ability to keep information private and confidential.
  • PC/Technology proficiency.
  • Must be able to efficiently multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and to work well under stress.
