ATM/ITM Coordinator

The ATM/ITM Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining efficient ATM/ITM operational process and services. This position will work closely with the Digital Teller Manager and Digital Teller team to coordinate successful management of the ATM/ITM fleet. The coordinator will manage ATM/ITM vendor relationships as well as be responsible for new deployments, upgrades, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as the main point of contact for branch and digital teller staff to dispatch CE’s and coordinates Managed Services tickets to troubleshoot and repair ATMs and ITMs
• Exercises knowledge of and has the ability to perform routine and preventative maintenance, including but not limited to receipt paper filling, coin replenishment, vendor meet-ups on site
• Manages Cash-in-Transit (CIT) activity
• Manages vendor relationships and tracks SLAs between all ATM/ITM contract expectations
• Analyzes service issues and guides technicians to problem solve
• Project lead for new machine deployment, software upgrades, and or system changes
• Stays up to date on the latest developments in ATM/ITM networks and system capabilities
• Provides support to internal departments in relation to ATM/ITM network, transaction research, cash ordering, etc.
• Assists in testing for new installments and upgrades/updates

Qualifications:

• Three to five years of experience in a financial institution or related field
• College degree preferred. Equivalent on the job training considered.
• Leadership and Supervisory experience
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Significant level of trust and diplomacy is required
