Member Solutions Associate

The Member Solutions Associate helps preserve the Credit Union’s assets by assisting in controlling delinquency through collecting delinquent loan payments, negative shares and/or recovering collateral. In addition to their regular duties and responsibilities, the Member Solutions Associate will help ensure department services are delivered professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • One to three years of similar or related experience.
  • Two years college degree or equivalent knowledge attained through on the job experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  •  

This is a full-time non-exempt position with benefits.
