Regional Sales Manager

Azura is excited to have a Regional Sales Manager join the team! The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and coordinate retail activities within their assigned region. The RSM will coach, mentor and lead Retail Managers to develop branch staff to build and enhance the member relationships providing an Above and Beyond member experience. 

The RSM will be required to travel between Credit Union branches as needed and out in the communities we serve.

 Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervises, mentors and develops Retail Mangers.
  • Prepares, completes and implements action plans.
  • Prepares, communicates and monitors member service standards.
  • Serves as the regional sales and service leader, communicating philosophy and conducting regular sales meetings.
  • Will observe one on one coaching sessions between managers and their staff.
  • Reviewing and analyzing branch activity reports and coaching to desired results.
  • Develops sales plans, sets goals and coaches/communicates goals and expectations.
  • Works closely with training department to implement ongoing training initiatives to support the sales culture.
  • Strategize and plan regional business development, being involved in community activities and partnerships.
  • Recruits and hires staff while monitoring and maintaining staff utilization.
  • Conducts performance appraisals.
  • Develops, manages and tracks budget related items and initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

  • Three to five years of sales and supervisory experience.
  • College degree preferred. Equivalent knowledge attained through on the job experience will be considered.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Significant level of trust, diplomacy, courtesy and tact.
  • Motivating and influencing when training and sharing ideas/services to others.
  • Ability to conduct trainings, meetings, presentations and participate in panel discussions.
  • Proven sales skills. Comfortable going out into the communities to identify and foster new business relationships.
