All indicators point to a continued increase in positive cases over the coming weeks and months, and that means great concern for the health and well-being of our staff as well as our ability to serve you as a member/owner.
While our team remains dedicated to providing you the Above and Beyond service that you are accustomed to, that service may not be delivered in the normal manner during times like these. We anticipate that periodic branch service limitations may occur, in addition to longer wait times for service. We plan to communicate with impacted members using both targeted emails and website postings to offer frequent updates about the status of our operations. As we navigate the impact of increased COVID-19 cases, we are confident in our ability to continue serving members very well using protocols and procedures we have developed in recent times.
