A New Look is Coming to Arrowhead

Exciting changes are on the way! Azura’s Arrowhead branch west of 29th & Fairlawn at 2808 SW Arrowhead Road is getting a full renovation—designed to enhance your experience and bring a fresh, modern look to the space.

This, and our other renovations, have offered a chance to beautify the areas in which our members visit and our employees work. They also serve as opportunities to provide much needed maintenance on the buildings that we own.

As work progresses, you can expect:

• Continued access to lobby service for a portion of the project and drive-thru ITM access throughout the project.
• A refreshed, modern lobby designed for a more personalized experience.
• Updated spaces that allow staff to fully operate on the main floor.

Arrowhead Open through October 30

Construction begins Tuesday, September 8 with exterior concrete work on the south side of our parking lot, sidewalk, and ITM Lane 1 (closest to the building). The north side of the parking lot, sidewalk and ITM Lanes 2 and 3, and our lobby will remain accessible during this time.

On September 28, the concrete work will begin on the north side of the parking lot and sidewalk. During this phase, the south side of the parking lot, sidewalk, all ITM lanes and our lobby will remain accessible.

Arrowhead Closed November 1 through December 31

Following the exterior concrete work, we will begin work on the interior of the north half of the branch. Our lobby will remain accessible through October 30. Beginning November 1, for the safety of our members and staff, the branch will need to temporarily close in order to perform the necessary repairs and renovations.

• All three drive-thru ITMs with Video Teller will remain accessible throughout this phase of the project.
• Our closest branch for lobby service and a night drop box is located at 1080 SW Wanamaker Rd.
• We offer a variety of self-serve options via online and mobile banking.

• Arrowhead employees will be temporarily relocated to other offices.

We anticipate the renovation to be complete and the lobby to reopen with the start of the new year. Thank you for your patience and flexibility. We are confident that the improvements will be well worth it.
