Heroes Card Launch Party
Wednesday, June 24, 2026
Great Overland Station - 200 NW Railroad St, Topeka
3:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Azura Credit Union is expanding its Community Impact Program with the launch of the new Honor Flight Network & Friends In Service of Heroes Community Impact Visa® Debit Card, providing members with a new way to support veterans and military families through everyday purchases.
To celebrate the launch, Azura will host a Heroes Card Launch Party on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, from 3 to 5 p.m. at Great Overland Station in Topeka. The event will include a presentation at 3:30 p.m., followed by a reception featuring the Topeka High School Drum Line, a JROTC flag salute, partner recognition ceremony, snacks, giveaways, and opportunities to learn more about the organizations benefiting from the card. The Launch Party is open to the public, and community members are encouraged to attend and learn how they can support local veterans and military families.
Each time a member uses a Community Impact Visa® Debit Card, Azura donates five cents to the participating charity selected by the cardholder. Through the program, members have helped generate more than $1 million in donations to nonprofit organizations since 2010.
“One of the things that makes the Community Impact Program so special is that it allows our members to make a difference simply by using their debit card,” said Katie Beach, Community Relationships Manager at Azura Credit Union. “We’re honored to welcome Honor Flight Network and F.I.S.H. as our newest Community Impact partners. Their dedication to supporting veterans and military families aligns perfectly with our commitment to strengthening the communities we serve.”
The new Community Impact Debit Visa® Card will support two organizations dedicated to honoring and assisting those who

have served our country.
Honor Flight Network is a national nonprofit organization comprised of independent hubs working together to celebrate America’s veterans by providing all-expense-paid trips to Washington, D.C., to visit the memorials dedicated to their service and sacrifice. These trips offer veterans an opportunity to connect with fellow service members, reflect on their experiences, and receive the recognition they deserve. Funds raised through Azura’s Community Impact Program will support local Honor Flight hubs and the veterans they serve.
Friends In Service of Heroes (F.I.S.H.) is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) organization that provides support to active-duty military personnel, veterans, and their families while raising public awareness of their sacrifices. The organization’s efforts focus on three pillars: recognition through Heroes Dinners and special events; health through service dogs, mobility chairs, and medical equipment; and support through financial assistance, educational programs, and veteran-focused community gatherings.
