Change in Terms to Overdraft Eligibility Requirements effective November 3, 2025

Azura Credit Union wishes to notify you of a change in terms regarding the Overdraft Eligibility Requirements from within our Consumer Membership & Account Agreement. Previously, to be considered in good standing and eligible for Overdraft Privilege, Debit Card Overdraft Privilege and Overdraft Path programs, the primary account holder must be at least 18 years of age; the account must be open for at least 60 days; and, the account holder has made deposits to their account of at least $1,600. Effective November 3, the third requirement is “You have made deposits to Your Account of at least $1,000 in the last 35 days.” See page five of the Membership & Account Agreement for details.
