Help us fill our collection bins by donating school supplies at any Azura Credit Union branch in Mission, Lenexa or Olathe from August 3–14.

At Azura Credit Union, we believe every child deserves the tools they need to learn, grow and succeed. That's why we're proud to partner with ScrapsKC for a Back-to-School School Supply Drive benefiting local students and teachers across Kansas and Missouri.

Why It Matters

Did you know that 15–30% of children in our Kansas and Missouri communities live below the poverty line and cannot afford basic school supplies? That means roughly one in four students may begin the school year without essentials like pencils, notebooks and crayons. For many families, purchasing school supplies creates an additional financial burden at an already expensive time of year.

Together, we can help ensure local students have the supplies they need to feel confident, included and ready to learn.

Most-Needed Items

ScrapsKC is currently seeking donations of:

• Ballpoint pens
• 8.5" x 11" copy paper
• Index cards
• Dry-erase markers
• Wet-erase markers
• Permanent markers
• Mechanical pencils
• Colored pencils
• Watercolor palettes
• Construction paper
• Glue sticks

New items are always appreciated, and back-to-school sales make this a great time to stock up on supplies.
