Our Loan Operations Associate is responsible for performing a variety of department clerical duties and support functions as well as a variety of support duties related to the lending function within the Credit Union. Manages our Collateral Protection Insurance program. Files and processes various documents and payments, tracks insurance premiums and claims. Ensures that incoming mail related to lending is properly processed, that documentation is complete and that member accounts are properly maintained.
Qualifications:
- Previous clerical experience.
- High attention to detail.
- Self starter
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
