FAQs

A new look arrives August 20th!

You asked, we listened. In our efforts to bring you the best possible online banking experience we have upgraded our Online Banking, Bill Pay, Website and Mobile solutions and the new system was launched on August 20, 2019.

This enhancement will come with more flexibility, reliability and control for you, but it also will come with a few important changes that will temporarily affect the way you use Online Banking. We’ve summarized these key points below and suggest that you keep this summary on hand for quick future reference.

    • When you log in to the new online banking:
      • Your username will be your current online banking username.
        • If you have multiple logins for accounts, you will use the username associated with your lowest numbered account.
        • Your password will be set to the last five digits of the main accountholder’s social security number.
          • Upon your first login, you can then change your password.
    •  Our new mobile app will need to be downloaded from your app store on or after August 20, 2019.
    • All of your account information, all of your account history, your scheduled automatic payments and six months of your bill payment history will seamlessly transition to the new system.
    •  The new Online Banking will feature innovative solutions including internal and external transfers, person-to-person payments and a Money Management tool. These tools allow you to see your complete financial picture, track your spending habits, set budget goals and more — all on one screen.
    •  Log in to the new system and reset your password.
    •  If you are unable to log in please contact us at 785.233.5556.
    •  Download the new mobile app from Azura CU.
    •  Explore the new tools available.
    •  Check that we have your current email address on file within online banking.
    •  If you had bills due while Bill Pay was unavailable from August 16 to August 20, and had set payments to be sent prior to the 16th your bills were successfully initiated.

While we are confident that this new service will greatly enhance your overall online banking experience, we want to apologize for any short-term inconvenience the upgrade may cause you.

  2. Yes.  Please remove the old app from your phone or device. We need for you to search your App Store for "Azura Credit Union". Look for the new app design, shown below.  You can also find our app by following these links:

    Download from Google Play

    Download from the Apple Store

  3. In the new online banking there is a section called "Move Money" on the menu. There are multiple options to allow you to make payments from Azura accounts, other financial institutions and using a debit card. Please sign in to online banking to make your loan payment.

To help with this transition we have made a temporary "Make a Payment" page available for the next two weeks as we all transition to the new "Make a Payment" protocol.

Visit temporary "Make A Payment" page

  4. Online banking will continue to let you view incoming pending debit transactions, but incoming pending deposits and credits will not show until the day they post.

  5. Popmoney is located in online banking and allows you to send funds to friends and family both with accounts at Azura and those who do not bank with Azura.  This feature is available at no cost to you. If you previously used "cross account transfers" to transfer funds to people who banked with Azura, Popmoney replaces that feature. It is very easy to use and only requires you to know the mobile phone number or email address of the person who is to receive the funds.

  6. In order for you to see accounts that are dormant in online banking we need for you to perform a transaction to remove the dormancy status. This includes using the dormant account for making a withdrawal, or a deposit or making a transfer.
